Refunds & Returns
Incorrect Address or Unsuccessful Delivery:
In case the order goes unclaimed upon subsequent delivery attempts and is not delivered due to incorrect delivery address or any other reason, you can opt for a re-delivery at an additional cost of Rs. 75 + GST for correcting the address. However, there will be no additional fee in case it was an error by the Get’emLifestyle team.
If the order is cancelled before processing and shipping, and also online payment was successful, the total cost of the product including the shipping fee shall be refunded.
If the order is cancelled after shipping and online payment was successful, the total cost of the product shall not be refunded. However, the shipping fee shall be refunded as a small concession.
Under unfortunate circumstances if we are unable to fulfill your order and is cancelled, there will be a complete refund provided with an additional compensatory gift coupon!
Product Quality issues:
In the case of issues related to misprinting or damaged or defective items being delivered, it must be communicated to Get’emLifestyle support team within 2 days upon the delivery of the product. But, however this will not be applicable for the face masks due to hygiene issues. We can give you complimentary gift vouchers or coupons and also concessions so that the customer needs are fulfilled and given first preference.
We strongly urge all customers to have a look at the size chart before placing the order. Size replacements shall cost an additional fee of Rs. 160. In case of replacements due to any other issues, kindly get in touch with the support team.
Manner of Refunds:
Refunds for online payments shall be credited to the account from which the payment was completed within 14 days of the refund being approved.
